We are seeking an experienced & skilled?Site Manager?to join our team working on our Commercial fit-out?projects. This is a hands-on role for a confident, proactive, & experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced commercial environments. Commitment to commute to various sites will be required.

Key responsibilities

:

Implement and maintain effective site logistics throughout the project. Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Lead and motivate site teams, while also being able to work autonomously. Ensure full compliance with the Health & Safety Plan. Manage the flow and distribution of construction information. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work. Oversee direct labour on site and maintain accurate daily records.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Licences required

:

UK Driving licence with access to own vehicle. Experience in a similar role / Construction preferred. Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects. Qualification in Construction Management (or working towards one). Valid?First Aid?certification. Proficient in?Microsoft Excel?and?Outlook. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to commute as projects are in various locations across the UK.
