We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team at Meadow Primary School, part of Bourne Education Trust.




As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of the school's property and assets, ensuring clear communication on all premises and site-related matters. You will lead premises staff and contractors, maintaining a safe and secure environment while ensuring the building, machinery, and equipment are properly maintained and managed within budget.

Key responsibilities include:




Maintain a programme of site testing and inspections to ensure statutory compliance Identify issues quickly by carrying out regular inspections of all indoor and outdoor areas, providing written reports/action plans as required Ensure site team are contactable whilst on duty

Essential




Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children Relevant work experience Full Driving licence Proven track record of continuous professional development

Experience of working within an educational setting
