What You'll Do

Oversee daily

for high-profile residential projects, ensuring seamless execution. Lead and coordinate

subcontractors

, trades, and site teams to meet project milestones. Enforce strict compliance with

UK health, safety, and environmental regulations

, leveraging your

SMSTS certification

. Provide

on-site first aid support

as needed, utilizing your valid

First Aid certification

. Monitor progress, ensuring projects stay on time, within budget, and meet exceptional quality standards. Conduct regular

site inspections

, implementing robust

risk management

quality control

measures. Collaborate with

Project Managers

clients

architects

, and stakeholders to align on project goals. Maintain detailed

site records

, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates. Resolve on-site challenges swiftly to keep projects on track.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a

Site Manager

in

residential construction

, ideally in design and build or luxury refurbishments. Valid

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

certification. Valid

First Aid certification

. Strong understanding of

UK building regulations

, construction processes, and

health & safety standards

. Exceptional

leadership

problem-solving skills
