About the Role
GRAHAM is a leading construction company recognised for delivering exceptional projects across the UK and Ireland. As our Interior Fit Out Division continues to expand, we are seeking experienced Site Managers to oversee high quality fit-out projects in the West Midlands.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, ambitious team delivering complex and innovative interior environments. You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Quality Control: Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, ensuring all completed works meet client and contractual expectations.
Health & Safety: Uphold and enforce GRAHAM's rigorous H&S procedures across all site activities.
Stakeholder Coordination: Build strong working relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, proactively managing risks and ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
Essential Competencies
Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager within the construction or interior fit-out sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide on-site teams.
Excellent understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and fit-out processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
High level of attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
Thorough understanding of on-site Health & Safety regulations.
Relevant construction management qualifications or equivalent experience.
Desirable Competencies
CAT A and CAT B fit-out experience
Experience delivering retail, commercial, or refurbishment projects.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in a high-pressure, fast-track environment.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets.
Competence in project reporting and digital site management tools.
Experience working within a Tier 1 contractor environment.
Ability to drive continuous improvement and contribute to best practice.
