We are looking for an experienced site manager or senior site manager to oversee high-end residential and heritage projects across the Cotswolds and Gloucestershire. This role requires a strong background in
listed building restoration and heritage construction
, with a deep understanding of traditional building techniques and conservation principles.The Role
This position involves managing
super-prime residential and heritage projects
, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and compliance with conservation regulations. You will lead site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with conservation officers, architects, and designers to maintain the integrity and quality of historically significant properties.Key Responsibilities
Oversee the restoration, refurbishment, and construction of
listed buildings and heritage properties
Manage high-end residential projects with a focus onquality, detailing, and finishing
Work closely with conservation officers and specialist subcontractors Ensure compliance withheritage and conservation regulations
as well ashealth & safety standards
Provide leadership to the site team, maintaining a professional and detail-driven approach Control project costs, timelines, and overall site logisticsWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience
in managinglisted building, heritage, and conservation projects
Strong understanding oftraditional construction techniques and materials
Experience inhigh-end residential builds and restorations
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge ofUK heritage and conservation regulations
