My client is a well-established main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality construction and fit-out projects across the UK. They operate across a range of sectors, managing complex schemes for major commercial clients and retail brands, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects nationwide.

The Role

As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal delivery teams. Monitor progress against programme and provide regular project updates. Oversee snagging, handover, and project close-out documentation.

About You

You'll be an experienced and hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in fit-out, refurbishment, or commercial construction, ideally with experience in live environments and fast-track projects.

Essential:

Proven track record managing fit-out or refurbishment projects. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Strong understanding of H&S regulations and site compliance. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification. Flexibility to travel and stay away when required.
