Site Manager

with expertise in retail and project management to join our team.

Role Overview

Location

: Initial project in Bilston with long-term opportunities for candidates willing to travel.

Start Date

: 22nd September 2025 (or earlier)

Responsibilities

: Oversee subcontractors and direct labour to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Maintain smooth project execution, meeting tight deadlines and adhering to project schedules. Collaborate effectively within a broader project team while demonstrating the ability to work independently.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on retail construction and fast-track projects, ideally within banking or similar commercial projects. Demonstrated success in managing the construction of retail stores or similar commercial spaces. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Essential Certifications

:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) 3 Day First Aid

Desirable

: Trade qualification or background in a relevant construction discipline.
