Site Manager

with expertise in retail and project management to join our team.

Role Overview

Location

: Initial 3-month project in Chertsey, with long-term opportunities for candidates willing to travel to projects across London and the Home Counties.

Start Date

: 8th September 2025

Responsibilities

: Oversee subcontractors and direct labour to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Maintain smooth project execution, meeting tight deadlines and adhering to project schedules. Collaborate effectively within a broader project team while demonstrating the ability to work independently.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on retail construction and fast-track projects. Demonstrated success in managing the construction of retail stores or similar commercial spaces. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Essential Certifications

:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) First Aid

Desirable

: Trade qualification or background in a relevant construction discipline.
