About the Role

Location:

Kick off with a project in

Cardiff

, with opportunities for nationwide travel.

Start Date:

22nd September 2025 (or earlier).

Duration:

1-week project, Monday to Friday (no weekend work).

Hours:

Standard daytime hours.

What You'll Do:

Lead subcontractors and direct labour to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards. Ensure smooth project execution, meeting tight deadlines and adhering to schedules. Collaborate with a dynamic project team while thriving in independent tasks.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in construction management, ideally in retail or fast-track projects (banking or commercial experience is a bonus!). A track record of successfully delivering retail stores or similar commercial spaces. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Essential Certifications:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme). 3 Day First Aid.

Desirable:

Trade qualification or background in a relevant construction discipline.
