Site Managers

with expertise in retail and commercial projects to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring projects run seamlessly, meet tight deadlines, and maintain our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage subcontractors and direct labour on retail and commercial fit out projects. Ensure project programmes are adhered to, delivering builds on time and within scope. Maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment on-site. Collaborate effectively with project teams while demonstrating the ability to work independently.
Requirements

Proven experience in

construction management

, with a focus on

retail fit out

and

fast-track projects

. Demonstrated success managing the construction of

retail stores

or

commercial retail spaces

(experience with banks is highly desirable). Strong ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative project team. Valid

SMSTS

(Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. Valid

First Aid

certification. Ideally

trade qualified

or with a trade background. Willingness to travel and occasionally work away from home.
