About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Site Manager with proven expertise in

retail fit outs

and fast-track construction. You'll take full responsibility for managing subcontractors and direct labour on site, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable travelling to projects primarily across

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and direct labour Manage and monitor the project programme to ensure deadlines and milestones are achieved Maintain the highest standards of health & safety compliance Deliver exceptional quality workmanship that meets client expectations Liaise effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders Resolve issues proactively and keep projects on track

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in construction/site management, with strong focus on

retail construction

and

fast-track projects

Track record of successfully delivering retail stores, supermarkets, or similar high-street/commercial fit outs Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within project teams Valid

SMSTS

certification Valid

CSCS

card

First Aid

at Work qualification Ideally trade-qualified or with a strong trade background (highly advantageous)
