We're seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to lead a retail fit out project in Sheffield. Join our professional construction team and drive the success of a high-quality retail development in South Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the retail fit out project, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and site operations.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to senior management.
Maintain high standards of quality control and site organization.
Requirements
Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate (essential).
Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit out or similar construction projects in the UK.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Reliable, decisive, and able to commit to a 2-month project.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices.
CSCS card and First Aid certification.
