Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and any potential issues.
Implement effective time management strategies to optimise workflow and resource allocation.
Train and mentor site staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence on-site.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Civil 3D.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
A solid understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and regulations.
