We are now recruiting for the role of Working Site Foreman/Site Manager. In this role, you will lead the delivery of residential extensions and new builds, managing all aspects of a project through to completion. This will involve working hands-on, supervising other site operatives and subcontractors, handling procurement, and ensuring site safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of residential extension and new build projects Manage all aspects of projects from start to completion Perform hands-on construction work Supervise and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors Oversee procurement of materials and equipment Ensure compliance with site safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction, preferably in residential projects Strong leadership and project management skills Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations Ability to work hands-on while managing others Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 200.00-300.00 per day
