We are seeking an experienced

Site Manager

who is eager to take the next step into a

Project Manager role

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee installation and maintenance of

structured cabling systems

. Lead and coordinate teams, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project alignment. Support project planning and contribute to project management tasks as part of your career development.

Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience working within

structured cabling environments

. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.

Clean UK driver's license

(essential for travel between sites).

SSSTS or SMSTS certification

(essential).

CSCS card

(essential). In-depth understanding of

fibre testing systems (FLUKE)
