Manager / Working Foreman - Construction

THIS POSiTION WILL IDEALLY SUIT AN EXPERIENCED TRADESPERSON!. Experience in domestic construction is crucial. We carry out a full range of works including, extensive groundworks including basements, large extensions, new builds and renovations. We specialise mainly in the high end market so a good eye for detail is a must.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Working Foreman to join our growing construction company and lead projects across London. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can manage trades on site while also assisting with day-to-day works to keep projects moving efficiently.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure works run to programme Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers Carry out hands-on construction tasks where required Maintain high standards of health & safety and site presentation Liaise with clients, architects, building control and project managers Produce daily/weekly site reports and keep documentation up to date Ensure quality control and solve site-based issues quickly Manage deliveries and site logistics
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager, Working Foreman, or similar Strong knowledge of residential refurbishment and/or new-build Ability to read drawings and understand technical details Excellent communication and leadership skills CSCS card essential; SSSTS/SMSTS preferred Full UK driving licence
