Site

Mobilisation Supervisor

to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to take ownership of site mobilisation and demobilisation across Balfour Beatty's large and complex projects.

What you'll be doing



Plan and deliver site mobilisation and demobilisation to ensure projects start and finish smoothly. Act as the single point of contact for customers and suppliers, conducting professional onsite meetings. Supervise mobilisation activities on site, ensuring quality checks and compliance with Health & Safety standards. Produce accurate cost data, handovers, and lessons learned reports for stakeholders. Manage programmes for modular/cabin setups and ensure all orders meet SLA and KPI requirements. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external supply chain partners.


Who we're looking for

Essential:




CITB SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. CSCS Card (Labourer or above). Excellent communication skills and ability to engage at all levels. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:




NVQ in Construction Supervision/Management. CPCS Appointed Person in Lifting. First Aid at Work, Fire Awareness Training. Previous experience in construction and site mobilisation
