ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN - WATER TECHNOLOGIES
SITE BASED WITH TRAVEL (SCOTLAND)
What you will be doing:
An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Installation Technician to join the team with Lintott, who are part of the Galliford Try Group.
Lintott Control Systems is a multi-award winning Process Solutions Provider.
We specialise in the design, manufacture & after-care of factory-built, packaged Water & Wastewater Treatment Systems, Process Software/Systems Integration & Electrical Control Panels.
In the role of Electrical Installation Technician, you'll be undertaking site installation, commissioning, training, hand-over, start-up and repair and diagnostic activities.
This role would suit somebody from an electrical background (commercial or domestic), who is skilled in electrical installs. We'd like you to have your 18th Edition and Certificate of Testing & Inspection (or be working towards those). A van and tools will be provided with this role.
This is a key customer facing position and we're seeking a competent and highly motivated hands-on individual to ensure that our products are installed, commissioned, and validated in accordance with requirements.
Day to day, you'll be liaising with internal and external stakeholders ensure the projects needs are met and our stakeholders are satisfied.
You'll be reviewing and completing the relevant documentation in the 'Commissioning Pack', such as the Functional Design Specification (FDS); Test Plans; Input / Output Schedule; System Architecture, and Software Application Revision, as well as test certificates, commissioning documentation and fault sheets relating to each contract.
You'll take care of your own 'site diary' to keep track of activities and key events during the day and safely ensure Site Acceptance Tests are carried out, investigating or reporting any repairs or faults as required.
