The Opportunity

As Site Services Team Leader, you'll report directly to the Site Services Manager and be responsible for leading the day-to-day engineering function -- ensuring safety, compliance, efficiency, and people development are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the engineering team to deliver against KPIs and improve site performance Maintain and operate an effective PPM system Promote a strong health & safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations Manage contractor activity and maintain stock levels for engineering partsSupport strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

A relevant Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification Strong planning, organisation, and people management skills Experience in a food manufacturing or fast-paced production environment preferred A proactive, safety-first mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure Clear and confident communication across all levels A collaborative and determined leadership style
