About The Role
Working supervisor - Cleaning operative at Radius office - Belfast
Weekly Hours: 21.5
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: 14.00
Main Purpose of Role.
Responsibilities:
Plan and organisation of the cleaning staff ensuring Company standards are met, it being understood that the Site Supervisor will personally undertake cleaning duties too Carry out induction and skills training. Investigate complaints in respect of the cleaning provision and take corrective action. To perform other such reasonable duties as may be required on approval of the Account Manager. General Cleaning - dusting, mopping, operating a burnisher etc.
Requirements and training:
Must have the relevant documents to be eligible to work in Northern Ireland Previous experience essential Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills including fluent English
