Working supervisor - Cleaning operative at Radius office - Belfast
Weekly Hours: 21.5
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: 14.00
Main Purpose of Role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organisation of the cleaning staff ensuring Company standards are met, it being understood that the Site Supervisor will personally undertake cleaning duties too
- Carry out induction and skills training.
- Investigate complaints in respect of the cleaning provision and take corrective action.
- To perform other such reasonable duties as may be required on approval of the Account Manager.
- General Cleaning - dusting, mopping, operating a burnisher etc.
- Must have the relevant documents to be eligible to work in Northern Ireland
- Previous experience essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills including fluent English
