Awesome Construction is currently looking for a

Fit-Out Site Supervisor

to oversee the internal works on a residential project in

Ashford, Kent

. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background in supervising and executing tasks related to

drylining, plastering, carpentry, painting, tiling, and M&E installations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage site operatives and subcontractors for internal works Resolve on-site technical issues promptly to avoid delays Coordinate procurement for materials and tools, ensuring accurate records and timely deliveries Attend supply chain meetings, reporting on progress and aligning with project timelines Work with the design team and subcontractors to ensure accurate and up-to-date technical information is shared Monitor daily progress and compare against the construction schedule Enforce site compliance with

Health & Safety

, quality standards, and environmental guidelines Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in driving the programme forward Regularly assess resource needs and provide input on project development Confirm that all site staff have the correct training and valid certifications

What We're Looking For:

Valid

SSSTS certification

Solid understanding of internal fit-out processes across multiple trades Minimum

3 years' experience

supervising internal works on residential construction projects Strong awareness of

health, safety, and environmental regulations

Proven experience managing site-based teams effectively
