Sixth Form Administrative Assistant
We are recruiting an Sixth Form Administrative Assistant for a busy and welcoming secondary school and sixth form in Wimbledon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school administrator, administration assistant, or education administrator looking for a term-time role.

The Role - Sixth Form Administrative Assistant
As a Sixth Form Administrative Assistant you will provide essential admin support across the school and sixth form, supporting staff, students, and parents.
Key duties include:

• General school administration and reception-style support
• Email and parent communication handling
• SIMS data entry and record keeping
• Supporting trips, visits and timetable administration
• Photocopying, filing, printing and document management
• Supervising students in study areas
• Using Google Docs, Sheets and Drive daily

Candidate Requirements: Sixth Form Administrative Assistant

• Experience as a school administrator, administration assistant, or similar role
• Strong IT skills (Google Workspace, SIMS desirable)
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy school environment
• Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
