Job Description

We are a well-established UK business specialising in hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM)
products, supplying critical infrastructure solutions. With a reputation built on reliability, quality, and British engineering, we are looking to strengthen our team with the appointment of a Skilled General Assembler.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly of HVM products and components to a high standard of precision and durability Interpretation and understanding of technical and engineering drawings Working to tight project deadlines without compromising quality Supporting quality assurance processes and adherence to company standards Maintaining high levels of health and safety in the workplace
Desirable Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in general mechanical assembly Steel fabrication skills, including cutting, welding, and finishing Hydraulic assembly and system testing experience Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control processes A methodical approach with strong attention to detail Forklift licence and/or other relevant plant operation certificates (advantageous)
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be practical, reliable, and take pride in your work. You'll be comfortable working independently or as part of a small team, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing things properly. Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, particularly in security or infrastructure products, is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 29,000.00-32,000.00 per year
