Groundworks Finishers

Skilled Civils Workers

Key Responsibilities:
Groundworks Finishers:
Carry out finishing works on
various commercial schemes
, such as finished concreting, paving, block sets and resin bound finishes.
Install and maintain
paving
and
resin-bound finishes
.
Lay
concrete
and reinforcement for foundations and other structures.
Trench reinstatement.
Undertake
paving
tasks, including block paving and resin-bound finishes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site.
Skilled Civils Workers:
Perform a variety of
civils tasks
such as roadworks, drainage installation, and
highways works
.
Lay
concrete
and reinforcement for foundations and other structures.
Work on
ducting
installation and maintenance.
Ensure all groundworks are completed in line with project specifications and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site.
Assist with
ducting
and infrastructure installation as per site requirements.
Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring safe site operations.
Essential Requirements:
CSCS Card
(essential)
CPCS/NPORS Certification
(essential)
Valid
UK Driving License
(essential)
Previous experience in
groundworks, civils
, and related construction tasks.
Ability to work with
concrete
,
reinforcement
, and other materials.
Experience with
drainage
,
ducting
,
highways works
, and
paving
.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on site.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
Competence in operating construction plant machinery (e.g., excavators, dumpers, rollers).
A proactive attitude with an eye for detail and quality workmanship.
