Pay:

13.31 per hour PAYE

Overtime:

Paid beyond 40 hours

Various across Gloucestershire (including Bamfurlong)

We are recruiting a

Skilled Highways Operative

for placements on Gloucestershire Highways. This is a great opportunity for experienced candidates looking for stability, training, and career growth in the highways sector.

Requirements

Right to work in the UK

Valid UK Driving Licence

NVQ Level 2

HGV Licence

18 months+ highways or construction experience

Able to carry out safety, quality, and environmental audits and risk assessments Confident in taking responsibility for traffic management Skilled in using tools and equipment (e.g. 180-degree JCB, power tools) Capable of using PDA and giving clear instructions
