Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate

must

have building site labouring experience, working with bricklayers and joiners.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Participate in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items as necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site. Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to management promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required. Strong physical fitness with the capability to perform manual tasks consistently throughout the day. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
