We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer on self employed basis to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for supporting various projects and ensuring that operations run smoothly. The Skilled Labourer will work under the supervision of site managers and will be responsible for assisting with manual tasks, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

Perform general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of structures or equipment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring it is free from hazards. Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a skilled labouring role. Be competent at using an angle grinder for mortar raking. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
