We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a physically demanding environment.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and installation of hard landscaping features such as paving, decking, and fencing.
Work on soft landscaping tasks including planting, soil preparation, and turf laying.
Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently on-site.
Ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards and within deadlines.
Collaborate with the team to meet client expectations and maintain the company's reputation for quality.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on-site at all times.
Experience
Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is essential.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is preferred.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks consistently throughout the day.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments.
