Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and materials Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as mixing, lifting, and positioning materials Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely in accordance with health and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the project duration Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met efficiently Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately

Experience

Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or related manual labour roles is advantageous but not essential Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery safely Demonstrated physical fitness with the capacity for manual labour over extended periods Knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to construction sites is preferred Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training as required

Pay: 12.83-17.30 per hour
