Skilled Labourer
Job Description
We are seeking a Skilled Labourer with proven experience in a similar role to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work proactively on a variety of residential construction and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist tradespeople with day-to-day tasks across site
Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain clean and organised work areas
Load and unload deliveries
Support general site operations to ensure smooth workflow
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a labouring or related construction role
Strong attitude to work: reliable, punctual, and professional
Proactive, switched-on, and able to work independently when required
Able to follow instructions and work safely
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge/ experience carrying out some trades such as stud walls etc
Desirable
Experience in any construction trade (e.g., carpentry, bricklaying, groundwork, plastering, roofing, etc.)
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
