Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Skilled Laborer to join our drylining/suspended ceiling team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic (no scolling through tiktok all day) and a willingness to learn, contributing to various projects that require physical labour and technical skills. Experience with hand and power tools a must with some knowledge of various on site trades is preferred. CSCS card and own transport is essential.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of structures or equipment. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods. Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing processes is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work conditions.
