We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multi-Skilled Labourer who can support various building and maintenance projects.
The successful candidate will work as part of a professional team and must take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
General building and property maintenance work
Assisting with:
Carpentry
Plastering
Basic plumbing
Painting & decorating
Groundworks & site preparation

Carrying out repairs and renovations in occupied and vacant properties
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Working to deadlines and company standards
Providing excellent customer service on site
Requirements
Proven experience in a multi-skilled labouring or maintenance role
Strong knowledge of general building and construction
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Good communication skills
Own basic tools (advantageous but not essential)
