Skilled Labourer
Job Description
Due to expansion Logan Construction & Maintenance Group ltd are looking for a Skilled Labourer/Handyperson to join our growing Building and Maintenance team.
The applicant must have the following qualities:
Must be a team player;
Enthusiastic and have positive energy;
Willing and capable of learning new skills;
Physically fit.
You will be expected to carry out a mix of labouring and skilled work mostly working on high end extension and refurbishment projects to residential and light commercial properties so experience working on these types of projects would be advantageous.
Must have a strong work ethic, be able to work to a high standard and most importantly be respectful of clients property at all times.

Clean Driving license essential
Rates of pay negotiable on experience. Option of work van. Overtime available and encouraged
