We are seeking a skilled and reliable Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Assist with general construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks on-site Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up equipment Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, or plumbers as required Carry out material handling including lifting, moving, and organising supplies Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment Maintain cleanliness of the worksite and ensure tools are kept in good condition Assist with the installation of fixtures or structural components as directed

Requirements

Proven experience as a labourer or in a similar manual role within construction or maintenance environments Good physical fitness with the ability to perform strenuous tasks over extended periods Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery safely Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential; willingness to travel to various sites is required
