We are seeking a skilled and versatile Labourer for our client based in Kilwinning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction trades. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to high-quality construction outcomes.
Duties
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform demolition, restoration, and remodelling work as needed.
Maintain a clean and organised work site while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Skills
CSCS Card
Experience with construction management and estimating is a plus.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment for various trades such as carpentry (trim carpentry, frame carpentry), masonry (concrete forming), roofing (shingles), flooring (tile laying), and more.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to expand their skills across multiple trades within the construction industry while contributing to quality craftsmanship on diverse projects.
Hours - Monday - Friday 39 per week.
