We are seeking a skilled and dependable Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, practical skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks across various flooring projects. Suitable candidate would be from a labouring background and ideally have experience with various trades.

Responsibilities

Assisting with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently Assisting tradespeople with their tasks as required, including mixing materials or holding tools Maintaining a clean and organised work environment at all times Supporting the transportation of materials around different sites using appropriate vehicles.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Labourer or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Good organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team Valid driving licence is mandatory. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards on-site Hold a current CSCS card or be willing to obtain one within the 1st 3 months of employment.
