Responsibilities
Assist with general site preparation, including clearing and organising work areas
Carry out manual labour such as lifting, digging, and material handling
Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work site
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Contribute to the timely progression of projects by working collaboratively with team members
Experience
Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or related manual labour roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Demonstrable practical skills in handling tools and equipment
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Awareness of health and safety practices relevant to manual labour roles
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
