Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas Carry out manual labour such as lifting, digging, and transporting materials Support tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials on-site Operate basic machinery and equipment safely under supervision Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety standards are met Follow health and safety regulations diligently at all times Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance tasks as directed Report any hazards or issues promptly to supervisors

Requirements

Proven experience in construction, maintenance, or related manual labour roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the day Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good organisational skills with attention to detail Valid UK driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn driving machinery if required Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments Commitment to health and safety protocols at all times CSR/CSCS Card REQUIRED
