We are two Sport, Craft and Spa Resorts, located just outside of Okehampton in Devon, UK. Our Ashbury Resort is also the 9th largest golf resort in the world! Be part of our team of 250+ staff. Rate of Pay:

Negotiable, subject to experience/skill level.

Accommodation can be provided (Full-Time Only): -

Single en-suite rooms available (communal lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities - 60 per week rent, all bills included). Double en-suite rooms available for 'couples' or friends willing to share (communal lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities - 50 each per week rent, all bills included). The staff Block has recently been refurbished and is in good condition Sorry, but

NO PETS

are permitted within our Staff Accommodation.

Duties: -

Providing support to our tradespeople. Site housekeeping/preparation. Seeing in and checking off site deliveries of materials and equipment etc. Possibly helping with carpet/flooring jobs (subject to skill/experience). Any skill/experience in the field of general building will be welcome i.e. painting, decorating, flooring, carpentry, basic plumbing - helping with all aspects of project build duties.

Hours: -

FULL-TIME - Generally we are looking for someone 8.00am/8.30am-4.30pm/5.00pm Monday-Friday. Weekends - You would be expected to join the 'Weekend Rota' in due course (which is generally on a Saturday or Sunday, on a rota basis). In terms of frequency, this would be one in every 6-8 weekends. This would not be expected until site experience is gained. Will average 37.5-42.5 hours per week.

Person Specification: -

Fast worker Looking for an honest, hardworking individual Someone who is flexible in terms of skillset and availability regarding the weekend rota. Previous build/maintenance experience essential.
