Skilled Labourer
Skilled labourer required on sit to assist with an ongoing construction project to convert a building into 6 residential flats. Site location is in Bridgwater town centre.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the strip-out of existing services, including soft fittings, electrical components, and plumbing systems, within a 10,000 sq. ft. building. Support the construction of new partitions and walls, including the installation of lintels and other structural elements as directed. Demolish and remove existing partitions to create new openings, ensuring work is completed safely and in line with project specifications. Carry out basic masonry work, including blockwork, brickwork, and patching where required. Work collaboratively under the supervision of an experienced foreman, following site instructions and adhering to all health and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organised work area, assisting with general site tasks as needed to support project progress.
Working hours 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, but you may be expected to work Saturdays when we are under pressure.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 120.00-160.00 per day
