We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Skilled Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites to promote safety and efficiency.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Perform general labour tasks such as loading and unloading materials.
Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing necessary support as required.
Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a labouring role or similar position is preferred but not essential
Ability to read and interpret plans or drawings is advantageous
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
A valid driving licence is beneficial but not mandatory
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required

Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
39 hours per week (Full-Time)
