Job Description

Winslade Landscapes are looking for an experienced Landscape Project Manager to join their team. This person will be skilled in hard and soft landscaping and manage a team of landscapers to help achieve the clients desired project.

Responsibilities:

To be an ambassador for the company

Manage a team of landscapers on projects

Delivering a high quality of workmanship covering all aspects of hard and soft landscaping

Working with designs and plans to ensure accuracy and attention to detail

Liaising with Operations Manager on material quantities and machinery for each project

Dealing promptly with issues ensuring efficient and workable resolutions

Must comply with all health and safety laws and procedures including ensuring all PPE for the team on site is correct and used accordingly

Liaise with Operations Manager on progress of projects

Working to schedules and deadlines

Ensure clear communication with the team, designers and clients

Requirements:

At least 4 years experience in a similar role

Experience in leading a team in a landscaping environment

. Clean driving license

Experience in operating machinery

Attention to detail

Highly motivated

Reliable

Excellent communication skills
