About the Role:

You will be involved in a variety of landscaping projects, from groundwork to hard and soft landscaping. Your role will be key in delivering high-quality, beautifully designed gardens.

Responsibilities:

Construct patios, paths, fencing, pergolas, decking, turfing, and planting areas Interpret and follow technical plans and site drawings Operate landscaping tools and machinery Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site Work collaboratively with team members and liaise with clients

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in landscaping, especially hard landscaping Confident using hand tools, machinery, and plant equipment Ability to read and work from technical drawings Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about high-quality work Strong teamwork and communication skills Full UK driving licence (essential) Passion for landscaping and creating beautiful spaces Plant knowledge is a bonus!

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour of unpaid breaks throughout the day) Occasional weekend work available
