Skilled Landscaper

The Role

As a

Skilled Landscaper

, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality landscaping projects, working closely with the site team to ensure every project is completed on time, to specification, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Groundworks, including excavations, drainage, and footings Setting out from drawings and ensuring accuracy on-site Carpentry, such as deck and fence installation Paving installation to a high standard Basic brick and blockwork Installing irrigation systems and turf Planting trees, shrubs, and herbaceous plants Working to health and safety guidelines and ensuring all team members follow protocols Liaising with clients, colleagues, and contractors Supervising and mentoring junior landscapers Managing site deliveries and keeping daily site records, including photographs

About You

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for landscaping, who takes pride in delivering high-quality results. You'll need to be organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a motivated, supportive team.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience in the landscaping industry A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Strong technical ability in multidisciplinary landscape construction Excellent communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and inspire others Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings

Positive, solutions-based approach to problem-solving. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written. Professional and respectful demeanour when interacting with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. Proactive, organised, and able to manage workloads effectively. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
