We're looking for a Skilled Landscaper and a Landscaping Team Leader to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing:

? Lead a landscaping team to deliver top-quality gardens
? Lay paving, blocks, and other materials to a high standard
? Manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
? Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction
? Adapt to different project demands and challenges

What We're Looking For:

? 4+ years of landscaping experience
? Strong leadership & team management skills
? Ability to run projects independently with minimal guidance
? Full UK driving licence
? Hardworking, reliable, and adaptable

Pay: 25,000 - 37,000 per year + Bonuses
Location: Skellingthorpe/Lincoln - Must be able to commute or relocate
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts + Overtime & Weekend Availability
Experience: Landscaping: 4 years (preferred)
Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (required)
