Job Opportunity: Skilled Site Foreman / Working Foreman (Facade Projects)

We are looking for a skilled Foreman for facade projects who has extensive experience in cladding, SFS, and rendering, as well as a solid understanding of supervision. Our projects are located in London and South East England.

Rate: From 22/hour gross - negotiable
Regular Site Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30/8 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

:
- Prior experience in cladding, SFS, rendering, and supervisory roles
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Experience in managing resources and collaborating with others

- Share code (or confirmation of the right to work), UTR, and NIN
- Valid CSCS/SSSTS card
- Necessary tools

As a Working Foreman, you will be working with others and be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Reporting to the Project Manager, your core skills in management and supervisory experience will be essential in leading a team of workers. The organisation expects you to maintain high standards of quality and productivity while fostering a collaborative work environment.
