to lead and oversee on-site construction activities from start to finish. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing a team of tradespeople and laborers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations on the job site
Manage and lead a team of workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople
Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment deliveries and usage
Perform quality control checks to maintain high workmanship standards
Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and incident logs
Liaise with project managers, clients, suppliers, and inspectors as required
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or delays
Enforce health and safety compliance across the team

Pay: 25.00-32.00 per hour
