Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Working Site Foreman to join our team working on various projects from Private build projects to Social housing contracts . The ideal candidate will at least have one trade background, This role requires a hands-on approach to completing tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Organise and manage different trades as per the construction programme issued. Ensure all tasks are carried out and compliant with HSE. Engage with clients during the project. Perform repairs, and maintenance tasks. Execute task with attention to detail and finish quality. Operate power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Fabricate components as needed for specific projects. Utilise tools proficiently for carpentry work. Conduct masonry work including bricklaying and stonework as required. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specification.

Skills

Experience in painting with knowledge of different materials and finishes. Skilled in the safe operation of power tools and machinery. Ability to fabricate components using various materials. Competence in plumbing systems, including installation and repair techniques. Strong hand tool skills for carpentry tasks, including framing and finishing work. Knowledge of masonry techniques for building structures or features. Proficient in welding techniques for metalwork applications.
