About the Role  
As a Skills Coach, you'll work closely with learners, supporting and guiding them to achieve their qualifications and progress in their careers. Your role will involve mentoring, assessing, and providing constructive feedback to ensure learners achieve their full potential.  
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with teaching or assessing experience or for someone with a strong background in customer-focused roles, such as in a call centre, who is looking for a career change. If you're passionate about helping others succeed, we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For  
We are looking for someone with:  
A genuine enthusiasm for supporting and mentoring others.  
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - your ability to engage and coach learners will be key.  
Great organisational and time management skills.  
Previous experience in teaching, assessing, or customer-focused roles, is a plus.  
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop in the role.  
Qualifications  
Ideally, you will hold a teaching or assessor qualification, such as a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) or equivalent.
